Hiya lovelies,
I know - long time no speak. You have no idea how sorry I am for being MIA the last 2 months, but uni life has just got the better of me and completely taken over! I'm not going to lie, being at uni is absolutely amazing and I'm enjoying it so much that I just kept putting off writing posts and eventually just forgot all about it :(
However, I'm really keen to start up blogging again over the Christmas holidays and hopefully keep it up next term at uni :)
Just wondering if you guys still want posts from me? If so, would you like some uni based posts eg my experiences so far, freshers, how I've changed etc? I also have some new makeup items I've been desperate to review for you guys!
Let me know, and of course if I've been gone for too long and have lost some people's support then fair enough, I understand. But I am grateful for anyone still here and reading this and I hope that you continue to read my blog and enjoy it!
Love you all :) xxx

Real Techniques Blush Brush
Hiya lovelies!
As I'm sure you've seen, I've been loving Real Techniques brushes - they're amazing quality for the price and will hopefully last ages!
My old blush brush was just a random one from a Christmas kit years ago, so when I saw Real Techniques did a blush brush, I nabbed it up!

My old blush brush was just a random one from a Christmas kit years ago, so when I saw Real Techniques did a blush brush, I nabbed it up!
Like all of my Real Techniques brushes, this one also has very soft, cruelty free, synthetic bristles. The handle is sturdy, and can stand up on it's own if needed. I think the pink packaging is a bit tacky, I personally prefer the look of the gold handles on the Core Collection and powder brushes but nevertheless this brush still looks professional :)
It applied blush perfectly to the apples of my cheeks and blends the colour effortlessly. I really like using this brush for applying my blush colour and would recommend it to anyone looking into buying a blush brush!
Thanks for reading!

Bought with my own money. You can buy this brush for £9.99 from larger Boots stores or online.

September Favourites
Hiya lovelies!
Here are my September favourites, in all their glory, for you to see :)

Here are my September favourites, in all their glory, for you to see :)
Left to right, top to bottom:
- Bourjois Magic Nail Polish Remover - although it does take longer than '1 second' as advertised, I do really like removing my nail polish using this! It does get the polish off quicker than using cotton wool and normal remover, and leaves my fingers smelling nice :) I know there's a Poundland dupe for this, so will be on the lookout for that!
- Estee Lauder 'Pleasures Bloom' perfume - More of a Summery fragrance, but I've really been enjoying this one this month! It's really light, floral and feminine and is perfect for everyday wear.
- Maybelline Colour Tattoo in 'Eternal Gold'
- Real Techniques Buffing Brush (Core Collection) - my new favourite foundation brush! Ever since I got this, I've been using it everyday and love it! It applies both my Revlon Colorstay and my Garnier BB cream amazingly :)
- Real Techniques Base Shadow and Deluxe Crease Brush (Starter Set) - I love all the brushes in the Starter Set but these are my favourite, they work so well together and I've been using them everyday since I got them!
- Maybelline Mono Eyeshadow in 'Chocolate Chic' - a rediscovered product that has become my go-to crease colour for any neutral eye look! I even reach for this over some of the shades in my Coastal Scents palettes! It's soft, pigmented and easy to blend and doesn't crease when using a primer or cream base (it does on its own though, like most eyeshadows!)
- Estee Lauder Lash Primer Plus - I got this sample size when I bought my moisturiser and I've been loving this! It creates an excellent base for my mascara and allows me to create the same volume as I usually do with just normal mascara but using less of the product. If it wasn't so expensive I would probably buy the full size, so I just need to use this sparingly and wait for Christmas!
- Estee Lauder Lipgloss in 'Simply Pink' - another sample I got when I bought my moisturiser and this is the cutest lipgloss ever! It's got no shimmers in (which I think makes it more wearable), and is just the perfect everyday shiny pink - love it :)

Essie 'Mint Candy Apple'
Hiya lovelies!
Yep, I'm late on the bandwagon of this colour and also a little late as it's more of a summer shade but oh well, I still love it!
Mint Candy Apple is a bright pastel mint green colour, with no shimmers or glitters. It's another great Essie formula, and is completely opaque after 2 coats. It dries fast and is fairly chip resistant (baring in mind I tend to bite my nails!) The flat, fairly big brush makes application easy (on my short nails, would be even more of a dream on long nails!).
Overall, I'm slowly becoming a complete sucker for Essie polishes! The formula is amazing and all the colours I own are very pigmented and just gorgeous :) definitely worth the money, in my opinion!
Thanks for reading! Have you tried Essie polishes? What are your favourites?

Bought with my own money. You can buy Essie polishes from larger Boots or Superdrug stores or online for £7.99 each.

MAC Wishlist
Hiya lovelies.
Since becoming a uni student, all I've been doing recently is making wishlists of products I want - which is bad I know, however Christmas is coming soon wooooo :)
I've only ever had 1 product from MAC and as I love it so much, I always find myself browsing their website and making a note of what other products I want to try! So here's my wishlist:
